| Abstract: | This article offers a series of power yoga poses to be used by runners after a workout. Yoga increases strength and flexibility without adding ground-impact force. Yoga positions that stretch hamstrings, hip muscles, lower back muscles, calves, and groin muscles are diagrammed and described in detail. Breathing techniques for the yoga poses are also offered. |
